Important Instructions for UPITS 2026
1. Hall Allocation Criteria
Hall No. 14 – New Exporters
Exporters with an IEC Issue Date / Export Initiation Date on or after 01 April 2022 are eligible for Hall No. 14 & Hall No. 15
Hall No. 15 – Regular Exporters
Exporters whose IEC has been issued before 01 April 2022
are not eligible for Hall No. 14.

Eligible exporters can avail assistance under the
Marketing Development Assistance (MDA)
Scheme of the Export Promotion Bureau, Government of Uttar Pradesh,
while ODOP units can avail assistance under the
ODOP Marketing Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme.
MDA Scheme (Export Promotion Bureau, Govt UP): 75% reimbursement of stall charges (up to ₹75,000 per fair, maximum 3 fairs in a financial year) and 75% reimbursement of domestic economy class airfare (up to ₹30,000 for one participant per fair). ODOP MDA Scheme: 75% reimbursement of stall charges (up to ₹1,50,000) and 75% reimbursement of freight charges (up to ₹7,500) for participation in National and International-level fairs held within India. |

Eligible exporters can avail assistance under the

Important Note
As per Point 9 of Government Order No. 811 governing the
Marketing Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme, exporters
participating in international or national trade fairs and exhibitions
sponsored or organised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh,
Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Bureau (UPEPB), or
Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Council (UPEPC) shall be
accorded preference while settlement of claims under the Scheme.
Accordingly, exporters participating in
UPITS 4.0, being a
Government of Uttar Pradesh-supported event, will be
eligible for such preference during processing of claims under the
MDA Scheme, subject to fulfilment of the Scheme
guidelines and other applicable eligibility conditions.
